The Magic of Attention; Inspiration To Others
Placing your full attention on something is inspirational to others because
people who are able to focus are normally very accomplished at whatever it is they do.
And paying attention to whatever it is you are doing has many benefits.
Besides the obvious benefit of having the capacity to get things done and do them well,
the person who pays attention is wide awake and sees opportunity when it knocks.
People who pay attention get more out of life;
colors are more vibrant, food tastes better and they are not likely to waste their time
on futile activites and relationships.
They think for themselves and are therefore more independent.
They are serene people who feel good to be around
because they are aware of what makes them feel good and they do those things.
They sow seeds of peace and contentment, because that's what they are.
If you are paying attention then nothing is boring and you are not likely to
put just anything in your mouth and treat your body like a trash can.
Because you are aware of yourself and your environment,
you are more likely to be someone who creates life
and doesn't just get swept away by it.
With total attention, fragmented thoughts, feelings and situations
become whole, as if by Magic.
The quality of your attention determines the quality of your life,
on any and all levels;
what was once just a probability,
becomes a possibility
and then, with attention and obversation,
that probable possibility becomes a reality…
No matter what it is!
In quantum physics, they say
that, with attention, the wave of probability
becomes the particle in space and time.
So have your attention on what is and its fullness in every moment.
The presence of the eternal is in everything
you place your attention on or observe.
See this in your spouse, your children, your friends,
your business associates and your work.
This is not just thinking; it really transcends thinking.
This is being in the present moment, with what you have, with who you are.
Putting attention on something is to create -
it makes the invisible visible.
Becoming attentive will change your life.
You will become free.
